Commercial services

Our extensive portfolio of commercial services can be managed entirely in-house by Northumbria Foundation Group, based on your requirements, or via a contracted arrangement.  These services include payroll services and pensions advice; fleet management services; staff benefit schemes, estates and facilities management; budgeting, forecasting and business intelligence and professional support services for GPs.

Consultancy support

We offer a range of advisory services in both clinical and non-clinical areas with the aim of sharing our knowledge and expertise.  Support can be offered on a project specific, or ongoing basis and include financial advice and PFI contract management; standard operating models for best clinical practice; patient experience; international partnerships; communications and engagement; quality improvement at scale; occupational health and leadership development.

Long-term partnerships

We recognise that some of our partners may need long-term support, not only to help achieve their own short-to-medium term goals, but also to think differently, innovatively and boldy – across organisational boundaries – to deliver the exciting ambitions outlined in the NHS Five Year Forward View.  We have a very strong track history of partnership working and can offer a number of flexible solutions in how we grow together and develop a longstanding relationship – whether that’s through a formal management contract and operational service delivery, long-term advisory arrangements or working towards becoming a full part of the Northumbria Foundation Group – our focus is on collaboration.
